Who Are We?

Kathleen Bowen Ha, ASA is the owner of Arcadia Appraisal Services and an Accredited Senior Member of the American Society of Appraisers. She has 25 years of experience in the appraisal of real estate and holds the highest level of license, Certified General Appraiser, in the states of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. Kathleen has appraised residential, commercial and industrial property throughout the New York metropolitan region and has been qualified as an appraisal expert in New York State Supreme Court on numerous occasions.

Kathleen is also the Principal Real Estate Broker of Global Keepers LLC. Ms. Ha is a Certified Ecobroker and has 13 years of sales experience. She has completed the Building Performance Institute Building Analyst course and is a member of the New York City Chapter of the USGBC.

As an Appraiser and Real Estate Broker, Kathleen Bowen Ha seeks to advance the identification of energy efficient and sustainable improvements in both the Appraisal and Sales Professions. With such identification the contributing value of such improvements to property value can more fully be understood. She is currently preparing a course on Green Construction to advance education among the real estate community.
